By the way--you asked about my thumbnail archive, and said you couldn't figure out any way to do it other than manually. Well, I couldn't figure out any other way, either, so... I do it manually. (Make a new post, set the date way in the past, copy & paste the codes from the 75x75-pixel images from Flickr or Zooomr, put the URL of my own blog post in there, and voila.)
If you don't feel like going to that much trouble, a lot of people use Pixelpost, which I think does the whole archiving thing for you, but I'm not sure it can be used with the Blogger platform. (You might need to purchase your own domain.)
There's also Aminus3, if you feel like leaving Blogger. The "archive" is text-based, but you can put all your photo thumbnails in your portfolio (example).
P.S. Your site is nifty, too! Aside from the nice & neat layout, your photography is SUPERB. I wish I could coax my camera to do half the things you do with yours.
