St. Peter's Church

I took this picture on Sunday. This church is on the outskirts of the town of Novi Pazar and was originally built in the 9th or 10 century.
The Serbian Orthodox cemetary that surrounds it is from the 18th and 19th centuries. I've got one word for this place: STUNNING.
I could keep adding words but you probably get the picture.

Wow. Stunning is right. When I saw this on the portal I had to stop and see it. The grave stones are probably remarkable too and how old they are.

That is an absolutely beautiful photo, and I like the detail of the person with the umbrella. I haven't visited Novi Pazar, I'm ashamed to say, but will.

Nice capture. The umbrella makes the picture.

Really wonderful shot. Very moody, which is what you want with a church on a grey old day!
