Unfortunately, your photo is all too typical of the sad state of some playgrounds in Belgrade. No swings, no seats on the see-saws, hence no kids. In our neighborhood there was a lovely playground; castle to climb on, etc. but hooligans destroyed it, as they have done to the swings, seesaws, and benches.
