Unofficial skywatch
I went up to the rooftop to bring in laundry, and ran right back down to grab my camera. It was a lovely sky tonight.

But Your sky is cloudy !
rain tomorrow...
Webradio you are good...we ARE expecting rain!
Bibi, those walls look lovingly patched. How old is this building? Your sky made the trip back down and up quite worthwhile, even though it's and "unofficial" photo :)
I love this photo! Happy skywatch!
This apartment building is pre-World War II, so built sometime in the 1930's. Unfortunately it's not new patches you see, but the remnants of the old plaster that has fallen away over time revealing the brick underneath. One side of our building has been replastered and looks like new, maybe one day the rest of the building will be done as well! (I hope so).
You are right it's a lovely sky, a nice light and all that give a very nice picture.
this is a truly wonderful photo. what a gorgeous roof. i love the crumbly walls.
I'm so glad you returned for your camera! I love the color and light in this photo...it's just beautiful!
This is definitely a WOW shot. There's a lot going on here and it looks like you got it all. Very professional looking but very warm.
I came here from CDP.
Lovely photo, so much to see in addition to your lovely sky. There's alot of textures and wonderful warm colours.
My roof top view dosn't look like that!

Wonderful photo, a scene I really enjoy to view!
Beautiful urban detail, and the little light on the stairs adds to the photo! Good saturation.
A great capture. The colours in the sky offset the building beautifully. You just need o get rid of the plastic bucket of rubbish. Well done.
Nicely done, glad I found this blog.Cheers from Ljubljana
It's a most beautiful mosaic of light and colour. An extra special unofficial image.
That isn't rubbish, it's the neighbor's collection of prized glass jars! :)
What a great shot! Thanks for sharing your little part of the world with my little part. :)
A great shot full of texture!
Can you go back and take it again but this time include the laundry?
