This picture is soooo blurred, but at least the sparks look sharp. :-)By the way, this was in front of the space where it looks like someone is opening a COIN OPERATED LAUNDROMAT!!! *faints*
Belgrade Daily Photo
Oh that's great. I love that the pic is slightly blurry, but the sparks are sharp!
Love this photo!!
I think the photo looks great like this, actually!Where is this taken? I'll believe the coin operated laundromat in Belgrade when i see one.
Love the sparks. But you need to explain the coin operated laundromat remark for us rubes.
Viktor,I also will believe it when I see it! It's at the former location of the Nolit bookstore, across from SKC. Mkhansen-I'm surprised they may be opening a self-serve laundromat there because despite Belgrade being a big city, there are no laundromats! There are pay laundries that generally charge per piece of clothing, but no places where you can go and wash a load of laundry yourself for $1.
Not a single laundromat in all of Belgrade? The proprietor of this one may find himself a rich man (or, instead, that there is no demand). Perhaps there is a cultural taboo against revealing your dirty laundry...?
Just wanted to add (for locals) that the sign that was there advertising it has been taken down and there is a clothing store opening in the space that was occupied by the bookstore, BUT the coin-operated laundry was advertised to be opening a little ways around the corner and up Resavska.Mkhansen,There isn't a taboo against revealing dirty laundry here judging by the clothes hanging out on lines in public, and there ARE laundries that wash clothes by the piece, as well as dry cleaners, but for some reason, nope, no laundromat. But maybe, just maybe, a new days is dawning?
