Ethnic Food Fair

Today was the last day of the second annual Ethnic Food Fair. It's purpose is to give domestic food manufacturers the opportunity to present their products to restaurants, hotels, shops, and also to the general public. There were lots of samples going around, ajvar, various kinds of cured meat, snails, kajmak, and there was even a macrobiotic food product manufacturer, and a juicer. Teas, cabbage products, local brandy (rakija) of course...

Here is a mob of students trying some samples of cured meat from Zlatibor (a mountain in Serbia). This stand was very popular.
