Faded crossing in the light.
It look like a pedestrian crossing there, quite faded now. Not a safe spot to cross any more I think.
Those parallel pools of light by night are really fascinating! And the intriguing expressions of the people in the car adds extra interest! Are they helping intentionally to create the photo?

Well-composed. I'm glad you said the road was wet and not icy...that would give the photo an element of suspense! Will the car slide? Will the person step out?
